Core includes Exchange, SharePoint/Teams, and basic Entra ID management — the essentials for email and collaboration. Advanced adds Microsoft Intune device management, Endpoint Security (EDR), and O365 Defender for comprehensive security. Premium adds O365 Purview (compliance, DLP, eDiscovery) and full Entra ID with Privileged Identity Management and access reviews.
What is the XDR/SOC Team add-on?
The XDR/SOC Team add-on provides 24/7 security operations center monitoring with human analyst triage across your M365 environment. Available for Advanced and Premium tiers with 50+ users, or as an à la carte service at $19.50/user/month. Analysts monitor for threats, investigate alerts, and actively contain incidents — not just automated alerting.
How does volume pricing work?
Per-user rates decrease automatically as your user count increases. The discount curve applies at every 50-user increment — so a 200-user organization pays a lower per-user rate than a 50-user organization. Bundle tiers provide an additional 15-30% savings on top of volume discounts compared to purchasing services individually.
Can I mix bundle tiers with à la carte services?
Yes. Start with a bundle tier as your base, then add individual à la carte services for specific needs. For example, choose the Core tier for email and collaboration management, then add Endpoint Security à la carte without upgrading to the full Advanced tier. Custom packages are available — contact us for a tailored quote.
What's the difference between co-managed M365 and full outsource?
Co-managed M365 means your internal IT team retains control and handles day-to-day tasks while we manage the M365 infrastructure, security, and compliance layers. Full outsource means we handle everything. Both models are available — we'll recommend the right fit based on your internal team's size and capabilities.
Do you require a minimum contract term?
We offer multiple engagement models. Managed service agreements provide the best pricing with a 12-month term. Month-to-month arrangements are available at adjusted rates. Project-based engagements for one-time setup or migration are also available. We'll recommend the model that fits your situation.
How does onboarding work?
Onboarding typically takes 2-4 weeks: Week 1 is discovery and environment assessment. Week 2-3 is tool deployment, monitoring setup, and policy configuration. Week 4 is testing, documentation, and handoff. Your users experience zero disruption — we work behind the scenes with your existing M365 tenant.
