Can you have devices ready for a turnaround on short notice?▼
That's the point of a mobilization pool. We keep a set of laptops and tablets imaged and enrolled ahead of time, sized to your typical outage headcount. When a job is awarded, we assign devices to named people, set up job-specific apps and ship them where you need them. If the outage is larger than usual, we plan extra hardware with you before the start date. Planning is the key: knowing the outage calendar months out lets us avoid last-minute purchasing.
Will you connect our trailer to the plant's network?▼
Only if the owner asks for it and sets the terms. Most owners prefer contractors stay on their own connection, usually cellular, behind a firewall we manage. Where an owner provides a contractor network, we follow its rules for device registration and access. We never connect your equipment to plant process or control networks, and we don't touch owner systems. Our job is to keep your devices secure and productive while respecting the site's boundaries.
How do we answer cybersecurity questions on prequalification platforms?▼
Start with what's true today. We review the questions, check your actual controls such as MFA, backups, endpoint protection, training and incident plans, and help you answer accurately. Where you have gaps, we prioritize the ones that cost the most points and fix them. Then we keep evidence on file, like configuration reports and restore tests, so the next renewal goes faster. We don't recommend checking boxes you can't support, because owners may audit the answers.
Our foremen share a tablet per crew. Is that a problem?▼
Shared devices are fine if logins aren't. When a whole crew uses one account, you can't tell who approved hours or changed a work package, and passwords spread fast. We set up tablets so each foreman signs in with a named account, often with a quick PIN or badge-friendly sign-in, and the device itself stays managed. That gives you accountability for time approvals without slowing down a busy start-of-shift meeting.
What happens to our data and devices when a job ends?▼
We run a demob checklist. Devices are returned against the serial list, wiped or reassigned, and any missing units get locked remotely. Job data from timekeeping, photos and daily reports syncs to your office systems and backups. Accounts created for the job close on their end date, and owner portal access is removed. The goal is a clean exit with nothing left in the trailer and no stray accounts for anyone to misuse later.
Do you help with OSHA training records?▼
We protect and support the systems that hold them. That means backups, access controls and offline availability at the site so gate and safety staff can verify qualifications even during an outage. The content of the records, training requirements and recordkeeping decisions stay with your safety department. If you're moving from spreadsheets to a training management app, we can help set it up securely and integrate it with your account onboarding.

What does Industrial Services Contractors IT Services cost for a Houston business?▼
Pricing depends on your size and what you need, so we do not publish a one-size-fits-all number — but Houston businesses generally pay a flat, predictable monthly fee rather than surprise hourly bills. That way you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before you commit.
