Our Process
Design. Configure. Blanket.
Bad WiFi is almost never a hardware problem. It is a skipped-steps problem - access points bought first and stuck wherever the ladder reached. Here is the order we actually work in.
WiFi DESIGN
Survey first. Drill later.
Sheetrock, metal racking, glass, and coolers all eat WiFi differently. We draw your floor plan, run a predictive heatmap, and let the dead zones show themselves on screen - then place every access point on purpose, so the coverage circles overlap into one blanket. That is how a warehouse bay in Conroe and a law office in The Woodlands both end up covered before anybody drills a single hole.
WiFi CONFIGURATION
Staff laptops and phones
Internet only. Nothing internal.
Cameras, sensors, printers, thermostats
Non-overlapping channels, so your access points do not shout over each other.
Capable devices get steered onto the faster bands automatically.
Three networks. One set of rules.
Staff, guests, and IoT gear each get their own SSID, locked to its own VLAN, so a smart thermostat can never wander over to your file server. Channels land on a clean plan instead of stepping on each other, and band steering moves capable devices onto the faster bands. This is the part consumer gear skips - and the reason it falls over when the whole crew shows up Monday morning.
INSTALLATION & VALIDATION
The heatmap has to go green in the real building.
Install day is ceiling mounts, cable runs back to the switch, and labels on both ends. Then comes the part most installers skip: we walk your floor with a meter - every hallway, every corner of the bay - and the design is not done until the live readings match the plan. If a corner reads weak, we fix it before we pack up, not after you call.
Designed on paper. Proven on foot.
That is the difference between WiFi that demos fine for the installer and WiFi that holds up on a Friday afternoon with the whole crew on it. We design, configure, and validate wireless across Greater Houston from our HQ in The Woodlands, and across Central Texas from our Round Rock office.
