Low-Voltage vs the Electrician: Who Owns What on a Job Site

The electrician owns line-voltage power; the low-voltage contractor owns data cabling, cameras, access control, and audio/video. Texas Occupations Code section 1305.003 draws the line at 50 volts. Disputes live in the gray middle, conduit, back boxes, and the power whip feeding a wall-mounted display, so assign those in writing before bid day.
