Managed IT and security for the routes, tablets, treatment logs and recurring billing that keep a pest control company growing.
Pest & termite control
Every stop leaves a record someone will ask for
Pest control looks like trucks and sprayers, but the business is a database of customers, service agreements, products applied and dates. Inspectors, commercial auditors and homeowners with termite bonds all read those records. When the data or the devices fail, the trouble lands months later. Here's how it breaks, and what we put in place.
01 · The pressure
Routes, records and renewals all live in one platform
Each morning, techs open routed stops on their tablets, apply products, log target pests, rates and locations, and capture a customer signature. Commercial accounts like restaurants and food plants need service reports and trend data ready for their auditors. The office books new jobs, runs recurring card billing and chases renewals. In summer, sales reps knock doors and sign agreements on their phones. All of it runs through one pest control platform.
- Treatment and application records captured in the field
- Commercial accounts need audit-ready service reports
- Recurring billing and renewals fund the business

02 · How it breaks
Rep turnover, shared tablets and card data in email
Summer sales reps come and go, and a departing one exports the customer list on the way out. Techs share tablet logins, so a missing application record can't be traced to anyone. A customer emails a card number to update autopay and it sits in a shared inbox. The office manager's mailbox gets phished, and the attacker emails customers an invoice with new payment details. A lost tablet holds gate codes and addresses.
- Customer lists exported by departing sales reps
- Shared tablet logins with no accountability
- Card numbers sitting in shared office inboxes

03 · What we change
Role-based access, managed devices, clean billing
We set up roles in your pest control platform so reps see their own accounts, techs see their routes and only managers can export. Every tablet and phone goes into device management with named logins, passcodes and remote wipe. Card updates move to the processor's secure link instead of email. Office mailboxes get strong MFA and impersonation alerts, and the platform's data plus your documents are backed up independently.
- Export rights limited to managers in the platform
- Named logins and remote wipe on every field device
- Secure payment links replace card numbers in email

04 · The after
Audits, disputes and turnover stop being emergencies
When a state inspector or a food plant auditor asks for application records, you pull them by date and site without sweating. When a homeowner disputes a termite treatment, you can show who did it and what was applied. When a summer rep quits, you shut off one account and wipe one phone. Your autopay keeps running, and card numbers stop turning up where they don't belong.
- Application records ready for inspectors and auditors
- Treatment history traceable to each technician
- Sales rep offboarding without losing customers
