Security for business owners
You don't need to become a security engineer. You need to know which questions to ask, which controls matter most, and what to do in the first hour when something goes wrong.

Mission brief
Most small-business breaches start with something ordinary: a convincing invoice email, a reused password, a remote-access tool left open after a vendor finished a job. The fixes are rarely exotic either. The hard part is knowing which ones to do first on a limited budget, and being able to tell whether your IT provider has actually done them.
This track explains the controls in plain language (MFA, EDR, privileged access, backups that get tested) and breaks down attacks and breaches as they happen, with what each one means for a business like yours.
What you'll be able to do
- Recognize the phishing, QR-code and payment-fraud tricks your staff will see this month
- Know the difference between antivirus, EDR, MDR and XDR, and which one you need
- Lock down admin accounts and remote access, the two doors attackers try first
- Test backups so recovery is a plan rather than a hope
- Know what to do in the first hours of a ransomware or email-compromise incident
