Running Microsoft 365
Most Microsoft 365 tenants were set up in an afternoon and never looked at again. These lessons cover what to fix, in the order it matters.

Mission brief
The licence you bought probably includes security tools nobody turned on. Admin rights sit on everyday accounts, SharePoint sites outlive the projects they were made for, and guest users from three years ago can still open files. None of it shows up until an auditor, an insurer or an attacker goes looking.
This track walks through a tenant the way we review one for a new client: who can sign in and from where, what's shared and with whom, which devices are managed, and what Copilot will surface once it's switched on. Each lesson stands alone, so start with whatever is keeping you up at night.
What you'll be able to do
- Read your Microsoft 365 licences and know which security features you already pay for
- Find oversharing in SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams before Copilot finds it for you
- Set conditional access and MFA rules that don't lock out the field team
- Enroll laptops and phones in Intune without a week of disruption
- Plan migrations, retention and eDiscovery so a legal request doesn't turn into a fire drill
