Workflow, API & AI automation
The approval that sits in someone's inbox for a week, the spreadsheet re-keyed into the CRM every Friday: most of it can run by itself. These lessons show what's worth automating and how to do it safely.

Mission brief
Automation projects tend to fail in one of two ways. Nobody maps the process first, so the flow automates a mess. Or the integration gets built on an admin account with a token that never expires, and quietly becomes the easiest way into the business. Both are avoidable.
This track covers the practical end of it: Power Automate and Power Apps for approvals and forms, API and webhook integrations between the systems you already pay for, and AI agents, including what to check before one gets access to your mailbox or your files.
What you'll be able to do
- Pick the first three processes worth automating, and the ones to leave alone
- Build approval and intake flows in Power Automate that survive staff turnover
- Connect SaaS tools through APIs without handing out permanent admin tokens
- Vet AI agents and add-ons before they touch company data
- Spot an integration that will break because a vendor is retiring an API
